Our Project Information Management system provides all project information in a single secure workspace on the Internet with complete tracking and accountability for each piece of project information.

 

Team members are kept informed with all the necessary information to make the right decisions quickly and efficiently. Email notifications are automatically sent out, so that all team members are constantly kept up to date in real time. A Team Directory keeps track of all team members and their contact information. A Shared Team Calendar marks all dates for meetings, milestones, and events. A News tab allows publications of all project team events, milestones, announcements, etc. Posting of any file type and online viewing of files from most major software applications provides true interoperability between various applications. Team members may easily issue comments on documents and create actual mark-ups of drawing files.

 

Only Internet Explorer 5.5 and newer and a download of the Project Website browser plug-in tools are required to get started.

 

Secure data storage and centralized access to all project information and communications. Files can be published quickly and easily to the Project Website by simply dragging them from your Windows Desktop or Windows Explorer and dropping them into the File Drop Box.

 

Each team member license can be set to restrict/allow access to different facets of the projects. Access levels for each team member can be set individually, by project, by group, by phase, or by data type. Revision history for documents and online comments and mark-ups can be tracked.

 

Online forms to track activities, communications, requests, processes, orders, etc. can be set up to match existing project means and methods.

 

The Project Dashboard centralizes location for reports, logs, calendar, and critical management analyses.

 

Advanced 3-D Viewing provides robust visualization of multiple model and drawing formats.
